I have a world time 9 inch globe that shows the current time for the area you are viewing. But what I love the most about it is that the outlines for the land were taken from satellite photos. So the fine detail is just amazing. For example Alaska’s panhandle, the Alexander archipelago is shown with remarkable fine detail. I haven’t seen another globe that was made this way. I got it at a thrift store and its one of my prize possessions. I was hoping to find a larger globe made from satellite photos but no luck.

In reply to gem39. Wal-Mart usually has most of what Amazon has. If not their then just do a search and see where they are sold other than Amazon.
