Surprised by some of the values listed. Buffalo and Bison are the same critter to me, I don’t know where you get the distinction. African buffalo, then water buffalo. maybe. Even lions have a hard time getting a buffalo, India and the Asian countries, can’t believe they are going to eat there beast of burden. I would put venison higher than what you have it.
Beef and roast beef, is another confusing one.

In Libya we mostly eat lamb, fish and camel meat. Chicken is like a second class meat

OK. Europe except Ukraine and UK eat mainly pork, the last two chicken. I believe if the hone nations were taken by themselves Northern Ireland would be pork, England would remain chicken, Wales would be lamb and Scotland would be split between beef and fish both sea and fresh.

I think most middle asian countries love and consume goat and mutton more than beef because of the terrain goat meat is easy to find.

There’s no way beef is the most consumed meat in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, after a couple months in those countries the smell of mutton literally seeps from your very pores.
