Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, becomes America’s richest man again in 2021, with a net worth topping $193.8 billion. Elon Musk fast rose through the ranks, getting in at $191.8 billion thanks to swift growth in Tesla’s share price.

The coronavirus pandemic has dramatically stimulated wealth inequality in the United States. The wealthiest billionaires, mainly managing tech companies like Mark Zuckerberg ($101.3 billion), seeing their wealth riches new heights. Just a few U.S. states don’t have billionaires citizens (Alabama, New Hampshire, New Mexico).
