Many people in Eastern and Central Europe associate black faces with negative sentiments, according to Harvard University’s Project Implicit, which measures racial bias. European countries with the most racial bias: Czech Republic, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine.

As I understand it, the French are a lot more negative about Arabs and North Africans than they are about straight-up blacks.
A very good point/question.
But that does not mean they are not negative at all about blacks. (Not saying they are)
But ya its a vague question.
Is a long time to make/have a good perspective in this field, so imho, this chart ‘is good for’/worth nothing. The feelings of society changes every few years but not 13. What was good/nice or otherwise in 2002 is not the same in 2015.
