Which is the second most popular sport in the Europe after soccer?

Football (Soccer) is the most popular sport by far in Europe, except Finland where the number 1 is ice hockey. Ice hockey is very popular except in Scandinavian countries, in Eastern and Central European countries. Basketball is popular in Baltic States and Southern Europe.
Not sure what this is supposed to actually mean, but am pretty sure kids who train basketball outnumber the kids who train hockey by 18-20 : 1 in Croatia and 10-12 : 1 in Slovakia.
