Global survey showing people’s willingness to fight for their country

The map below сreated based on Gallup surveys shows the percentage of people willing to fight for their country in the world.

In the world, according to Gallup International (2015), readiness to fight is highest in the Middle East and North Africa region (83%) while it is lowest in Western Europe (25%) and Japan (11%).
A majority (52%) of women polled worldwide told they would be ready to fight vs. 67% amongst men. Those aged 18-34 years (66%) are the most willing. Of the diversity of religious groups covered in the poll, we see those Muslims (78%) are most ready to struggle for their motherland.
