Calm down people! It’s a parody of Europe’s arbitrary approach to creating post-colonial nation states. The dumbness/stupidity is the same dumbness/stupidity of carving up Africa into arbitrary rectangles in the early 20th century, which worked out really well.

OK, West Lebanon made me laugh out loud.
I can understand most of it but the difference between France and Gallia eludes me.
And London seems to be outside the Republic of London…
