The World Health Organization (WHO) measures insufficient physical activity as those who engage in less than 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week. This is a global look at the percentage of people who do not meet that benchmark divided by country. Red indicates the countries with the highest percentage of people who engage in less than 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical exercise per week. 30% and above seemed to be a benchmark percent in the data.
