Westmoreland County, Virginia: This county holds the distinction of being the birthplace of the first U.S. president, George Washington.
Charles City County, Virginia: Two U.S. presidents, William Henry Harrison and John Tyler, were born in this county.
Orange County, Virginia: The birthplace of President James Madison, who played a key role in the drafting and ratification of the U.S. Constitution.
Worcester County, Maryland: President Benjamin Harrison was born in this county, although it is worth noting that at the time of his birth in 1833, Worcester County was part of Virginia.
