The Las Vegas Valley is a central metropolitan area in the southern part of the U.S. state of Nevada and the second largest in the Southwestern United States. 

Unsurprisingly, some of the most significant construction projects in Las Vegas are hotels.

But housing is also a massive part of the Las Vegas development scene, with the population there booming in recent years.

Loops and lollipops are large-scale, mass-produced residential landscapes with regular, curvilinear street patterns and poor connectivity.
