Typhoons are amongst the most destructive natural hazards on our planet, with the most intense typhoons found over the northwestern Pacific ocean. Super Typhoon Haiyan of 2013, one of the strongest typhoons in history over the Pacific ocean, caused more than 6,2 thousand deaths, with an extra 1,8 thousand people recorded missed in the Philippines only.

In ArcGIS Pro 1.1 we added the ability to publish 3D scene services from multi-patch data. In ArcGIS Pro 1.2 we are adding support for authoring, publishing and consuming 3D scene services based on points, lines and polygons. As part of this effort we will also support authoring a cluster renderer for a point layer with a large number of points. The clusters can be computed dynamically on the fly from local data or from feature services that support aggregation using geohash. These clustering properties authored in Pro will be used for cooking the cache of the 3D scene service.
