The breakdown of Russia formed Poland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia Lithuania. The Austro-Hungaria separated into Austria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and Yugoslavia. The Ottoman Empire lost much of its territory in the Middle East and southwest Asia. Germany lost considerable territories outside Europe.

Would you accept this peace? It would be the same which was forced upon Hungary?

In 1402, Korean scholars completed a world map showing the full Old World – Africa with ~35 place names, Europe with over 100, China at the center, and Japan to the east. It depicted Africa’s southern tip nearly a century before Vasco da Gama’s voyage.
